I have purchased many pearls over the past 15-20 years from different companies and Premium Pearl is by far the best company to purchase from given their quality of pearls. The luster is impeccable and the pearl grading is very accurate. I purchased a AAA quality Southsea pearl from Premium Pearl and compared this pearl to another company's pearl with the same identical AAA quality and now I have to question the AAA grading provided by the other company as the Premium Pearl product is by far extremely superior in comparison to the other company's pearl grading. I will now not purchase pearls from any other company but Premium Pearl!!! D. Wat

The pearls I have purchased from Premium Pearl are exceptional and I find myself judging other merchants' pearl quality by the Premium Pearl standards! (Never as nice). Whenever I wear one of my PP Pendants, I get compliments.If I hadto say anything negative, it can be difficult to receive the package since you have to sign for it. I solved this by having it shipped to my workplace where I knew I would be for sure. However, the shipping is quick and I was able to track it and estimate its exact delivery. I also like the way the package is labeled, so it's not obvious there is jewelry being shipped. All in all, this will not be my last purchase from Premium Pearl and I would recommend them to everybody looking for quality pearls!

I was a bit worried about purchasing pearls on line. But they are beautiful; exactly what I hoped for. Customer service was very good (they called to be sure the order was legitimate when I shipped to a different address than my credit card), and even with regular shipping the pearls arrived within about two days (faster than promised). Two thumbs up. As for the pearls: AA is fine unless you are buying for someone extremely demanding (in which case you are not getting sets like these anyway).

I bought a 13.5" 6-7mm AAA Freshwater pearl necklace for my wife. The pearls are very nice and lusterous with no physical defects even under a lighted magnifying glass. The service and shipping went without issues. Would definately recommend to a friend. I asked for a specific length and it came exactly to my spec. Wife is very happy.

This was my first jewelry purchase, and I was very satisfied to find how easy it was, being a little skeptical of anyone in the first place. The pearl pendant was more beautiful than I'd expected and purchasing and shipping were easy and fast. The day i made the purchase they contacted me, letting me know they shipped through fedex so a p.o. Box was not needed, they were on top of things and its nice to knowthat someone is over there helping you out. Shipping was supposed to take 3 days and instead came in 2, also it had a false name to help hide the fact that it was jewelry. I would recommend this place to anyone. I ordered chocolate brown pearl earrings and was stunned that that they only took 2 days to reach the UK, even parcels within the UK take longer than that!! I have been looking for these earrings for a while but they are very hard to find so I was delighted to find them at Premium Pearl for such a good price. They are a gift for my 22 year old daughter who has been looking for these earrings for ages but could not find them in any of our local stores; similar earrings with gold post have been very expensive.
